GTM Engineer – Cold Email

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns for clients located in the US.

• Develop and enhance workflows and AI automations using Clay.

• Generate highly focused prospect lists and devise outbound strategies.

• Assess and refine email copy, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Interact directly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress.

• Keep up with the latest developments in GTM, AI, and outbound tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for US-based clients.

• Familiarity with sectors such as M&A, Private Equity, B2B SaaS, or other B2B industries.

• Prior involvement with a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.

• Proficient in using AI and GTM tools like Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

• Highly proactive, organized, and dedicated to enhancing performance.

• Must be available to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
