GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM Strategists to convert business requirements, customer journeys, and GTM strategies into scalable technical solutions utilizing HubSpot, Clay, and the contemporary GTM technology stack.

• Design, develop, and enhance workflows, automations, integrations, CRM architecture, and interconnected data systems.

• Create and enhance enrichment, segmentation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle automation to support scalable revenue operations.

• Oversee system health, address technical challenges, and enhance automation, data quality, governance, and platform performance.

• Work alongside Paid Media, Content, and Delivery specialists to provide cohesive solutions and achieve partner outcomes.

• Contribute to RevPartners methodologies, technical standards, best practices, and reusable solution frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, MarTech, CRM Administration, Marketing Automation, Sales Technology, Solutions Engineering, or Revenue Operations Engineering.

• Proficient in HubSpot is required.

• Familiarity with Clay is necessary.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable CRM architectures, workflows, and automation is essential.

• Proven ability to build integrations, data flows, and operational processes across various GTM platforms.

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience in troubleshooting intricate technical challenges and continuously enhancing system performance.

• Background in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments is preferred.
