GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the GTM systems ecosystem, with HubSpot as the focal point, throughout the entire customer journey.

• Integrate GTM technology and data by connecting Clay, Apollo, OnRamp, and internal NetVendor information.

• Create automation, AI agents, and AI-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks and speed up execution.

• Investigate and prototype emerging GTM technologies, transforming valuable solutions from concept to implementation.

• Develop data infrastructure for segmentation, routing, workflows, forecasting, predictability, reporting, and decision-making processes.

• Establish a scalable reporting and analytics framework, which includes dashboards, scorecards, and funnel and lifecycle reporting.

• Continuously refine and document solutions to guarantee scalability, transparency, maintainability, and user adoption.

• Report directly to the Director of RevOps and collaborate closely with GTM leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar technical operations role.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with HubSpot.

• Familiarity with contemporary GTM technologies such as Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms.

• Strong technical integration skills, including experience with APIs, webhooks, native integrations, middleware, and linking internal and external data.

• Practical experience in building automation, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows.

• Proven examples of utilizing AI to address real business challenges.

• Strong judgment in GTM and technical matters.

• Capability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

• Ability to assess technical methods and their tradeoffs.

• Effective communication skills across both technical and business teams.
