GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns for clients located in the US.

• Develop and enhance Clay workflows along with AI automation processes.

• Generate precisely targeted prospect lists and devise outbound strategies.

• Experiment with and refine email content, targeting methods, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Engage directly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest tools in GTM, AI, and outbound marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for US-based clients.

• Familiarity with M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or other investment-centric clients.

• Prior experience at a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.

• Proficient in utilizing AI and GTM tools such as Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or comparable platforms.

• Exceptional English communication capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

• Proactive, organized, and dedicated to enhancing performance.

• Available to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
