GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns targeting US-based clients.

• Develop and enhance workflows and AI automations using Clay.

• Generate highly specific prospect lists and strategic outbound plans.

• Experiment with and refine email messaging, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Engage directly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in GTM, AI, and outbound marketing tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for clients in the US.

• Background in M&A, Private Equity, B2B SaaS, or other B2B sectors.

• Prior experience at a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.

• Familiarity with AI and GTM tools like Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or equivalent platforms.

• Exceptional English communication abilities.

• Comfortable overseeing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Proactive, organized, and dedicated to enhancing performance.

• Available to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
