GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns for clients based in the US.

• Develop and enhance Clay workflows along with AI automations.

• Formulate highly targeted prospect lists and outbound strategies.

• Evaluate and refine email content, targeting, and overall campaign performance.

• Engage directly with clients to provide updates on campaign progress.

• Keep up with the latest trends in GTM, AI, and outbound tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for US clients.

• Background in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or other investment-centric clients.

• Prior experience in a lead generation, outbound, or GTM agency.

• Proficient in utilizing AI and GTM tools such as Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional English communication skills.

• Capable of overseeing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Proactive, organized, and driven to enhance performance.

• Available to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
