This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, construct, and implement AI-driven agents, workflows, and applications across various business functions.
• Serve as the Technical Product Manager for larger applications, collaborating with Engineering on requirements, scope, and adherence to SDLC.
• Develop, implement, and uphold production-grade automations and integrations utilizing internal platforms, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting.
• Integrate and coordinate data across go-to-market, product, finance, and human resources systems into a centralized data warehouse.
• Create robust ETL and API pipelines to ensure systems are synchronized and data remains reliable.
• Convert integrated data into standardized automated reporting and dashboards.
• Engineer the go-to-market stack encompassing customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Develop and take ownership of internal tools, scripts, and applications as both engineer and product owner.
• Implement, host, and manage automations, agents, and applications, including CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and incident response.
• Set standards for data quality, access, error handling, security, and reliability.
• Translate operational challenges into technical solutions and deliver aligned automations.
• Quickly prototype, test, iterate, and refine integrations, tools, and automations.
• Document systems and workflows to empower teams for adoption and self-service on tooling.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, identify operational challenges, implement initial enhancements, and roll out scalable production solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/automation engineering, technical operations, or revenue/business operations.
• Proven expertise in developing technical solutions and enhancing operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proficient in scripting and programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experienced in building integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Background in developing AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications.
• Practical experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, and modern LLM/agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with administering, integrating, or automating CRM, ERP, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success systems.
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Salesloft, ChurnZero, or similar.
• Knowledge of Snowflake or comparable data platforms and warehouses.
• Background in constructing ETL and API-based data pipelines.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proven ability to deploy, host, and manage production applications.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud environments.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, data handling, security, and compliance best practices.
• Project management experience with tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, and growth-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
