This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of lead and account scoring models utilizing intent, engagement, technographic, and trigger-event signals.
• Monitor the correlation of scores with pipeline, win rates, and cycle time; pinpoint when signals cease to be predictive.
• Ensure data quality across all systems and tools through regular maintenance and auditing.
• Document the sales process, provide training to teams, and promote adoption among stakeholders.
• Create micro-campaigns to directly impact pipeline generation.
• Meet a direct pipeline-generation target.
• Develop and enhance automated enrichment flows for account and contact records.
• Oversee lead routing, sequence triggers, task creation, and stakeholder notifications throughout the GTM stack.
• Manage orchestration that connects HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and Amplemarket.
• Instrument lifecycle stage transitions, changes in ownership, and key milestones.
• Document automations to ensure maintainability.
• Establish and enforce structured sales-to-CS handoff standards.
• Create logic for assignment and routing across various lifecycle stages.
• Implement a change-order process to document and price scope changes post-signature.
• Provide the PMO with visibility on capacity and resources for staffing plans.
• Highlight adoption and delivery signals within account plans.
• Develop forecasting mechanics and models aimed at pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Generate status and cycle-time reports for leadership visibility.
• Maintain internal process documentation.
• Support compensation planning, models, and payouts.
• A minimum of 4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM role, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Experience in hands-on CRM administration, encompassing workflows, custom properties, data model design, and reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to develop reporting views.
• Proficient in designing cross-team processes, documenting them, driving adoption, and upholding standards within a sales team.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong sense of judgment regarding what to improve or automate.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with sales, customer success (CS), PMO, and leadership teams.
• Practical experience with Clay and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with outbound engagement platforms like Amplemarket.
• Proven experience in establishing a sales-to-post-sales handoff process from the ground up in a company with fewer than 200 employees.
• Proficiency in SQL or reporting beyond basic dashboard configuration.
