This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the link between go-to-market teams, customers, and product teams.

• Enhance agent skills, references, and reference patterns to address common customer needs.

• Recognize reusable patterns across customer requirements.

• Convert business requirements into technical capabilities and vice versa, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

• Evaluate solutions against actual customer requirements and environments prior to field release.

• Monitor developed and ongoing capabilities and provide clear coverage reports.

• Document and instruct on developed capabilities to enable independent use by the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience building on the Salesforce platform.

• Proficiency in Apex, Flow, Lightning Web Components, data modeling, and integrations.

• Experience in production deployment and ongoing support of delivered solutions.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to discern actual customer needs.

• Capability to track progress and coverage, managing a program autonomously.

• Skill in translating business requirements into technical capabilities and vice versa.

• Familiarity with AI coding agents in daily tasks.

• Ability to think in patterns to identify reusable solutions.

• A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.

• Preferred background in solution engineering, forward-deployed engineering, consulting, or technical product management.

• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data 360 is preferred.
