This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate Qualified Opportunities
• Identify companies that are actively recruiting for roles that Wing can assist with, including Executive Assistants, Admin Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting Support, Operations Support, and various other business support positions.
• Utilize job postings, hiring indicators, company growth signals, and account research to discover suitable prospects.
• Conduct research on target accounts to comprehend what they are hiring for, their reasons for needing support, and how Wing could be an ideal fit.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns centered on active hiring needs, operational challenges, and alternative workforce solutions.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to grasp a prospect's hiring requirements, challenges, urgency, and receptiveness to remote talent or AI-enhanced workforce solutions.
• Clearly articulate what Wing Assistant does and why it is significant enough to secure a follow-up meeting.
• Schedule qualified appointments with organizations that have a distinct hiring necessity, pertinent business use case, or strong alignment with Wing.
• Monitor companies that are advertising roles that Wing can fulfill.
• Understand the underlying issues the company is likely aiming to resolve by hiring for that position.
• Position Wing as a quicker, more adaptable, and scalable alternative to conventional hiring methods.
• Educate potential clients who may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-driven workforce solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to cultivate and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline.
• Ensure a smooth handoff of opportunities with the necessary context to advance discussions.
• Provide key insights from discovery calls, including the position the company is hiring for, their current hiring process, challenges, timing, budget indicators, and the decision-makers involved.
• 1 to 4+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, lead generation, outbound marketing, growth, or a similar role.
• A genuine interest in go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, and B2B expansion.
• Demonstrated experience in prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort in reaching out to companies that may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, offshore talent, or AI-enhanced workforce solutions.
• Strong research abilities and the capacity to convert hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills and the resilience to persist even when facing challenges.
• A strong drive stemming from pursuing clear goals, activity metrics, and booked meeting targets.
• Capability to manage your own desk while effectively collaborating across teams.
• A sincere eagerness to quickly learn about the product, the market, and the craft of go-to-market execution.
• In addition to a base salary, this position offers performance-based incentives linked to qualified meetings, sales results, and weekly activity goals.
