Mid AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage in the analysis of existing processes to implement and utilize AI capabilities in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner.

• Collaborate in the creation and deployment of Agentic AI solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Develop and expand the infrastructure of enterprise AI platforms, establishing best practices and guiding technical direction.

• Integrate AI platforms with internal systems to accommodate a variety of business applications.

• Design AI prototypes and demonstrations to promote adoption and highlight capabilities.

• Provide technical consultation and expert advice.

• Mentor teams and facilitate cross-functional AI initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.

• Strong interest in Generative AI and software development, with practical experience in delivering AI-driven web applications.

• Ability to translate business challenges into AI use cases and technical solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI systems.

• Proficient in Cloud platforms and AI services.

• Practical DevOps skills.

• Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and other developer-focused AI tools.

• Understanding of data governance and responsible AI frameworks.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication.
