GRWM Creator – Content Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit creators and influencers throughout LATAM

• Establish and nurture the GRWM creator community

• Oversee GRWM’s social media content strategy

• Create detailed briefs, concepts, hooks, scripts, and storytelling frameworks for creators

• Develop repeatable GRWM formats, creative playbooks, and innovative content ideas

• Organize editorial content and manage content calendars

• Oversee creator campaigns from the initial concept through to execution

• Recognize emerging creators, trends, products, and formats

• Transform successful content into standardized best practices

• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to integrate creator insights into the GRWM experience

• Design signature campaigns and memorable creator moments

• Construct the creator and content engine for GRWM, a shopping experience led by creators

• Define effective content strategies for GRWM and establish a scalable methodology

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in at least one of Terrific’s commercial pillars: eCommerce, Marketing, or Media

• Proficiency in the other two commercial pillars to contribute effectively from day one

• Required fluency in written and spoken English

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential

• In-depth understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the LATAM creator ecosystem

• Capability to source, recruit, brief, and foster relationships with creators

• Knowledge of creator content performance and the factors behind content success or failure

• Strong creative instincts paired with a performance-driven approach

• Creative, organized, quick-thinking, resourceful, culturally aware, and AI-savvy

• Enthusiasm for creator culture, social media, and e-commerce
