📋 Description

• Manage client communications and address inquiries effectively.

• Foster a positive and consistent client experience through email, messaging platforms, and virtual sessions.

• Keep updated client records while arranging calls and follow-up activities.

• Offer basic technical assistance to enable clients to access online tools and educational resources.

• Organize digital materials and create summaries and updates for sessions.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client engagement and support workflows.

• Engage in collaborative online sessions, including one-on-one meetings and larger international Zoom events.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish rapport, actively listen, and convey information clearly.

• Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, administration, education, or similar client-facing roles.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficient with online platforms, email, video conferencing, and collaborative documents.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and a willingness to learn new systems.

• A genuine interest in personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.

• Legally authorized to work in New Zealand or Australia.
