📋 Description

• Facilitate communications with clients and address their inquiries.

• Foster a positive and uniform client experience through email, messaging platforms, and virtual sessions.

• Keep client records updated and arrange calls and follow-up appointments.

• Offer basic technical assistance to help clients navigate online tools and educational resources.

• Organize digital materials and compile session summaries and updates.

• Assist in finding ways to enhance client engagement and support mechanisms.

• Help coordinate educational programs and services.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport, active listening, and clear communication.

• Prior experience in customer service, client coordination, administration, education, or other client-facing roles.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Proficient in using online platforms, email, video conferencing, and shared documents.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and a willingness to learn new systems.

• A sincere interest in personal development, leadership, and continuous learning.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand or Australia.
