Growth Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert client requirements into effective technical and business strategies.

• Clearly articulate solutions to clients and internal teams.

• Assist in business development initiatives for the Federal Government.

• Develop solutions tailored to specific opportunities, showcasing unique strengths, methodologies, and relevant experience.

• Spearhead innovative solutions alongside technical and customer domain specialists.

• Contribute to demonstrations, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.

• Formulate capture strategies and translate technical and operational capabilities into persuasive, compliant proposal content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partners to ensure solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client needs and strategic goals.

• Engage with high-level customers to demonstrate capabilities, build relationships, introduce technologies, and propose enhancements.

• Guide cross-functional teams in client-facing design challenges, either as a coach or a team member.

• Lead cross-disciplinary SME teams to collect technical and domain information for solution development.

• Implement contemporary software development practices, including agile methodologies, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

• Must have resided in the US for at least the last 3 years.

• Must meet the criteria to obtain a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background check.

• Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, with a demonstrated record of supporting Federal proposals.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with specific experience in complex system development.

• Familiarity with architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including front-end user experiences, back-end APIs, and data-intensive systems.

• Effective in collaborating within cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and inspire action.

• Capable of transforming intricate insights into clear, persuasive content.

• Proven ability to write and manage proposal sections such as technical approaches and management plans.

• Experience assessing client priorities to craft a winning technical solution.

• Medical or recreational marijuana usage may impact the ability to secure Public Trust.

• Experience working with Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions, particularly the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

• Familiarity with Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR) and digital quality measurement (dQM).

• Solid understanding of healthcare technology challenges and innovations.

• Experience in developing solutions for intricate business systems with complex stakeholder dynamics.

• Ability to evaluate when AI-driven approaches enhance client solutions and utilize AI tools to expedite research, solutioning, and proposal development.
