Growth Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert client requirements into successful technical and business strategies.

• Clearly present proposed solutions to clients and internal teams.

• Assist in business development initiatives for the Federal Government.

• Develop solutions tailored to specific opportunities, emphasizing unique strengths, methodologies, and relevant experience.

• Spearhead the creation of innovative, effective, compliant, and compelling solutions alongside technical and customer domain experts.

• Contribute to demonstrations, proposals, oral presentations, and other client-facing materials.

• Formulate and translate capture strategies and technical and operational delivery capabilities into proposal content.

• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to ensure solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.

• Engage with high-level customers to showcase capabilities, build relationships, introduce technologies, and propose enhancements.

• Lead cross-functional teams in client-facing design challenges as a coach or team member.

• Direct cross-disciplinary SME teams to collect technical and domain information for solution development.

• Implement modern software development principles, including agile development, product management, DevSecOps, and human-centered design.

• Manage multiple growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder; sponsorship is not available.

• US residency for a minimum of the last 3 years.

• Must meet the criteria for holding a Public Trust position, including successful completion of a US Government background check.

• Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, with a proven history of supporting Federal proposals.

• Strong understanding of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps practices, with specific experience in designing strategies for complex system development.

• Knowledgeable about architecture, design, and delivery methodologies for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems.

• Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and inspire action.

• Capable of transforming complex insights into clear, persuasive content.

• Proven ability to write and manage sections of proposals, including technical approaches and management plans.

• Experience in analyzing client priorities to formulate a successful technical solution.

• Note: Medical or recreational marijuana use may impact the ability to obtain Public Trust.

• Preferred: Experience working with HHS Operating Divisions, particularly CMS.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Healthcare Data Interoperability (e.g., FHIR) and digital quality measurement (dQM).

• Preferred: Strong understanding of healthcare technology challenges and innovations.

• Preferred: Experience in developing solutions for complex business systems with intricate stakeholder relationships.

• Preferred: Ability to evaluate when AI-based methods enhance a client solution and utilize AI tools to expedite research, solution development, and proposal crafting.
