Growth Recruiting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist with the complete recruitment process for Human Data roles, including candidate interactions, process management, and pipeline oversight.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to advance priority searches from outreach to closure.

• Manage candidate communications pertaining to role specifics, subsequent steps, and any unresolved inquiries.

• Organize hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-up actions.

• Develop and maintain job requisitions within the ATS.

• Ensure recruiting stages, data, and process configurations are precise for effective tracking and reporting.

• Oversee incoming inquiries from candidates and stakeholders, directing complex cases as necessary.

• Identify gaps in processes and keep recruitment documentation and workflows up to date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruitment support within a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven experience managing candidate correspondence and enhancing candidate experience from outreach to closing.

• Familiarity with coordinating efforts among recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using Greenhouse or another ATS for managing requisitions and workflows, ensuring accurate pipeline data, and facilitating tracking and reporting.

• Experience in supporting high-volume hiring in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to follow-through.

• Capability to work independently in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.

• A proactive and adaptable attitude.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Must reside in one of the countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work options are available.
