📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements for key hires and devise effective high-volume sourcing strategies.

• Oversee a comprehensive hiring process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and finalizing candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles across various channels.

• Utilize data analytics to enhance candidate return on investment, boost conversion rates, streamline processes, inform stakeholders about hiring trends, and track recruitment velocity.

• Develop frameworks to assess the talent market and align sourcing strategies with the hiring needs of SpaceXAI.

• Guarantee an outstanding candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance.

• Lead high-volume sourcing initiatives for SpaceXAI’s Human Data team.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for priority positions and achieve ambitious hiring targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, rapidly-growing environments, whether in agency or in-house roles.

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume pipelines and specialized positions, achieving measurable outcomes.

• Full-cycle recruiting expertise, including skills in challenging closes, stakeholder management, and establishing critical internal partnerships.

• Proficient in using Greenhouse ATS to oversee high-volume recruitment workflows.

• Proven experience in supporting hiring events and evaluating post-event ROI to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Knowledge of talent attraction methods and staying updated on market trends to shape sourcing strategies.

• Experience in recruiting for high-growth startups, creating scalable talent acquisition solutions.

• Proficient in hiring candidates across STEM, finance, humanities, creative, and multilingual sectors.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, showcasing the ability to make data-driven decisions in uncertain situations.

• A proactive and adaptable attitude with a sense of humor to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• Preference for candidates located in or open to relocating to the Palo Alto, CA area; remote work is also an option.

• Candidates must reside in one of the countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work is also possible: United States, Dubai, Ireland, United Kingdom, Japan, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Philippines, Singapore.
