This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Take ownership of member growth and manage the prioritized backlog that drives it, while developing the measurement framework to assess and size growth initiatives.
β’ Oversee the entire funnel, which includes acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referrals.
β’ Execute experiments from start to finish: formulating hypotheses, implementing instrumentation, conducting analysis, iterating, and making stopping decisions.
β’ Leverage AI tools to expedite the journey from concept to executed experiment.
β’ Keep the executive team updated on priorities, justifications, and trade-offs.
β’ Gain insights from leading consumer growth teams and implement effective practices.
β’ Assist Product Managers and marketers in identifying and eliminating growth obstacles.
β’ Utilize current artist tools and promotional materials to create organic and viral growth loops.
β’ Collaborate with the marketing engineer and a small cross-functional team spanning product, marketing, data, and design.
β’ Create a cohesive growth backlog and prioritize opportunities based on evidence and anticipated impact.
β’ 5+ years of experience in product management or growth.
β’ 3+ years managing a subscriber, revenue, or retention key performance indicator at a large-scale consumer or self-service software company.
β’ Proven experience in conducting large-scale experiments.
β’ Proficient in extracting and analyzing data independently, distinguishing significant results from background noise.
β’ Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools for growth or productivity enhancements.
β’ Skilled in transforming vague ideas into actionable strategies.
β’ Capable of identifying opportunities and adjusting decisions based on data insights.
β’ Proficient in simplifying and clearly articulating complex concepts and trade-offs.
β’ Familiarity with lifecycle and marketing technology tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
β’ Experience in designing and improving personalized user experiences is a plus, but not mandatory.
