πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take charge of the entire funnel from new visitor to paying, retained member, encompassing activation, onboarding, trial to paid transitions, free to paid conversions, referrals, viral growth, and in-product save flows.

β€’ Lead a compact team of product managers and analysts.

β€’ Manage the Growth lane of the single product backlog.

β€’ Report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with the Chief Subscription Officer, Marketing, Retention, Design, and Analytics teams.

β€’ Oversee paywall and plan presentation surfaces.

β€’ Determine product experiences that effectively convert trial and free users into paid members.

β€’ Establish targets, design the user experience from the first session to checkout, and conduct conversion experiments.

β€’ Manage activation, onboarding conversion, referral, and viral growth mechanisms.

β€’ Direct the product-led acquisition strategy and the product levers that drive organic and App Store growth.

β€’ Handle churn-related in-product save flows and the lifecycle programs associated with them.

β€’ Own the Growth roadmap, PRDs, and backlog lane.

β€’ Conduct Growth A/B tests through the Analytics experiment gate.

β€’ Oversee the product experience related to partner-driven acquisition.

β€’ Propel revenue and subscriber growth, enhance funnel efficiency, improve onboarding conversion, activation, overall conversion, CAC, save rate, and experiment cadence.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years leading growth for a consumer subscription or mobile product.

β€’ Senior Director candidates should possess 12 or more years of experience, including leadership over multiple teams.

β€’ Demonstrable track record of improving funnel metrics through experimentation, including onboarding, paywall, trial, and conversion stages.

β€’ Strong understanding of subscription metrics such as LTV, CAC, cohort retention, and conversion funnels.

β€’ Proven experience in managing and developing product managers while collaborating closely with analysts.

β€’ Ability to work effectively across Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Retention departments without direct control over their budgets or roadmaps.

β€’ Excellent communication skills with a strong inclination towards shipping, measuring, and iterating.

β€’ Experience in fitness, health, wellness, or content-driven consumer products is a plus.

β€’ Familiarity with AI-driven personalization in onboarding or conversion is desirable.

β€’ Background in referral programs, partner distribution, or App Store optimization is advantageous.
