Growth & Partnerships Manager – Staking Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Propel the expansion of the entire staking portfolio, which includes Staking, LST, and On-chain Yields; enhance TVL, revenue, and active users through ecosystem collaborations and user-tier initiatives; take ownership of key metrics with a data-focused iteration process.

• Engage in product operations and refinement by assessing user feedback and protocol performance, determining optimization strategies in conjunction with Research and Product Owners, and converting market signals into actionable product iteration suggestions.

• Develop and implement campaigns in collaboration with the Earn team and internal stakeholders to transform resources into growth in on-platform user engagement.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA partners, and institutional clients; execute incentive campaigns, collaborative activities, protocol integrations, and channels for institutional capital.

• Direct cross-team collaboration among Product, Marketing, and Risk departments; create cohesive operations throughout the Staking line and provide market and competitive insights to inform roadmap choices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in product operations and growth within CEX, DeFi, or yield-related products.

• Strong grasp of DeFi and CEX offerings.

• Capability to independently assess yield sources and their associated risks.

• Knowledge of how exchange product lines contribute to AUM and user retention.

• A Product Owner perspective with the ability to evaluate product value and establish product positioning and roadmaps.

• Proficient in collaborating seamlessly with Product teams and cross-functional associates.

• Demonstrated success in developing partnerships from inception to execution, including opportunity identification, proposal formulation, negotiation, and implementation.
