This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Report directly to the Growth Marketing Assistant Director
• Assist in commercial negotiations with growth media networks, unconventional traffic networks, and primary agency partners
• Aid in enforcing platform admission protocols to safeguard margins and commercial interests
• Identify, develop, and facilitate the onboarding of non-standard supply channels, including independent DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, and tier-1 Affiliate Networks
• Maintain a robust and resilient traffic supply chain mechanism
• Support in commercial reconciliations, traffic mitigation, clawback execution, and recovery processes against fraudulent or non-compliant traffic sources
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to examine vendor data logs and enforce data-driven accountability
• Assist in drafting and implementing user acquisition SLA risk-control frameworks
• Identify contractual or procedural vulnerabilities with external partners
• Monitor digital advertising fraud patterns and enhance internal safeguards
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while developing new compliant, scalable user-acquisition supply channels
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3-4 years of practical experience in international traffic business development or global media buying
• Experience in cross-border FinTech, digital trading platforms, or Web3 projects is advantageous
• Strong understanding of the global long-tail traffic ecosystem
• Existing relationships with DSPs, ADXs, CTV publishers, or Affiliate Networks are preferred
• Knowledge of SLA risk-control frameworks, including anti-hijacking, click-injection filters, and clawback trigger thresholds
• Capacity to collaborate with Engineering/Data teams to analyze vendor data logs
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Understanding of digital advertising fraud patterns and risk mitigation techniques
• Proficient in English, capable of managing legal and commercial discussions across diverse cultures
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally and coordinate across various global time zones
