This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive management of designated partners within the Growth Partner tier.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews utilizing data-driven evaluations against revenue, contract, and pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate with partner sponsors to ensure regional or capability alignment, target account focus, and address escalations.
• Assist partners throughout the 18-month Growth cycle with organized planning, capability enhancement, and measurable milestones.
• Uphold program standards for booked revenue, contract finalizations, and sourced pipeline.
• Initiate and oversee structured 30-day recovery plans in cases where thresholds are not met.
• Promote partner-led and partner-influenced revenue growth consistent with Defy’s solution domains and sales priorities.
• Spot high-impact opportunities and expedite partner execution through coaching and resource alignment.
• Monitor sourced pipeline, active transactions, and attach opportunities to direct collaborative investments.
• Develop and implement joint business plans leveraging co-marketing, solution enablement, and market intelligence benefits.
• Manage both partner-funded and joint-funded initiatives while tracking ROI.
• Maintain reporting on partner performance, progression milestones, investment utilization, and engagement health.
• Ensure consistency across partner communications, planning sessions, reviews, and sponsor checkpoints.
• Act as the primary escalation manager, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address partner challenges.
• 5–10+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or ecosystem leadership within the realms of cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience managing structured partner programs with defined thresholds, investment alignment, and accountability for performance.
• In-depth knowledge of channel ecosystems, including VARs, technology alliances, and co-selling frameworks.
• Proven capability to influence senior stakeholders and enforce rigorous execution standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills; proficient in analyzing revenue, pipeline, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and revenue/pipeline analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% of the time.
