This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and manage Shift5's sales enablement strategy, encompassing presentations, capability briefs, battle cards, one-pagers, demos, executive briefing materials, and customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convert technical capabilities into customer-oriented messaging and value propositions.
• Create and update standardized sales playbooks tailored by product, customer, mission area, sales stage, and competitive landscape.
• Act as the operational link connecting Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Government Affairs, Capture, Contracts, and Mission Delivery.
• Set up and oversee the Growth organization's operational rhythm, which includes pipeline reviews, deal desk gating, account planning, quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, and executive reporting.
• Assist with industry events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional projects that enhance communication, accountability, and execution.
• Generate competitive intelligence, customer insights, and conduct market research.
• Design onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for members of the Growth team.
• Aid proposal and capture efforts with reusable content libraries, technical narratives, customer success stories, and best practices.
• Gather Voice of the Customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Identify chances to leverage AI and automation to enhance seller productivity, proposal development, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reports on pipeline health, sales performance, forecast accuracy, and enablement effectiveness.
• Regularly assess and refine Growth processes for sustainable long-term scaling.
• Experience in Growth Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, or a similar field.
• Capability to convert highly technical products into persuasive customer-facing messaging and sales documents.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in developing sales playbooks, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in creating executive presentations, customer-facing materials, and competitive intelligence.
• Background in building operational processes and driving organizational execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary due to federal contract requirements and access to controlled information.
• Experience with defense technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or government contracting organizations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Monday, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, Clari, or similar tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community is preferred.
• Expected travel: 10–15%.
