📋 Description

• Acquire a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, encompassing local examination systems, educational frameworks, and the distinctions between students and healthcare professionals.

• Tailor global messaging to suit local cultural and linguistic nuances.

• Strategize and implement multichannel campaigns utilizing CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social media.

• Utilize prominent regional platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp.

• Track and enhance campaigns throughout the acquisition, activation, and retention processes.

• Take charge of comprehensive project management from start to finish.

• Collaborate effectively with global teams across various functions.

• Establish scalable best practices tailored for Brazil.

• Propel AMBOSS’s growth in Brazil and empower Brazilian clinicians through targeted marketing efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, ideally within Brazil.

• Strong grasp of multichannel marketing strategies, including CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and social media.

• Familiarity with regional channel dynamics, particularly on platforms like Meta and WhatsApp.

• Proven experience in crafting and executing marketing strategies, focusing on positioning, value propositions, and localized messaging.

• Capability to work with limited data to create and implement effective marketing initiatives.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.

• Strategic and operational mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.
