πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, content, web, social media, and events to drive demand for LGC's SeraCare and Quality Management Tools products and services.

β€’ Execute full-funnel, multichannel initiatives aimed at new customer acquisition, strategic account development, cross-selling, and upselling objectives.

β€’ Design automated nurturing streams to guide prospects through the sales funnel.

β€’ Take ownership of the Quality Management Tools marketing strategy as a vital digital channel for LGC.

β€’ Collaborate with digital and commercial teams to enhance product discoverability, content pathways, search visibility, conversion routes, and overall customer experience.

β€’ Simplify intricate scientific and quality-management concepts into distinct messaging tailored for target customer segments.

β€’ Aid in product launches and portfolio initiatives by creating customized go-to-market strategies.

β€’ Develop campaigns that span clinical genomics and NGS, oncology, reproductive health, inherited diseases, infectious diseases, molecular diagnostics, serology, clinical chemistry, and laboratory quality-control workflows.

β€’ Propel new business growth and expansion through account-based marketing strategies.

β€’ Formulate and implement growth plans for the VALIDATE and Multichem product lines.

β€’ Create and manage organic social media strategies, including reusable content and guidance for LinkedIn.

β€’ Organize and coordinate tradeshows, webinars, and industry events, encompassing preparation, promotions, collateral management, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.

β€’ Participate in at least one to two events each calendar year.

β€’ Work in conjunction with Sales and Product Management on messaging, targeting, timing, lead follow-up, and success metrics.

β€’ Optimize campaigns through experimentation and performance analysis.

β€’ Oversee campaign-related lead imports and conduct initial quality assessments for segmentation, routing, attribution, and follow-up.

β€’ Collaborate with regional and distribution teams across both direct and indirect channels.

β€’ Produce sales enablement and customer-facing materials such as application notes, case studies, webinars, product guides, campaign assets, sell sheets, presentations, and follow-up templates.

β€’ Collect Voice of Customer feedback and identify Key Opinion Leaders.

β€’ Track and report on campaign and website performance metrics, including engagement, MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, revenue impact, and ROI.

β€’ Leverage AI, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and project management tools to enhance targeting, segmentation, content creation, execution speed, and operational efficiency.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in B2B marketing in life sciences, clinical diagnostics, laboratory products, healthcare technology, or another technically complex and regulated sector.

β€’ Demonstrated capability in planning and executing integrated demand-generation campaigns.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of the buyer journey, lead nurturing, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement.

β€’ Aptitude for learning and articulating complex scientific products and applications.

β€’ Strong preference for familiarity with clinical laboratory quality control, linearity and calibration verification, reference materials, molecular diagnostics, NGS, or IVD assay development.

β€’ Experience in managing or contributing to website strategy, content optimization, SEO, and conversion-rate enhancement for a product-heavy B2B website or e-commerce setting.

β€’ Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively.

β€’ Experience collaborating across Sales, Product Management, Marketing Operations, Digital, and regional teams, especially with the Ireland Multichem team.

β€’ Proficient in using CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and project management tools such as Salesforce, MCAE, Google Analytics, and Asana.

β€’ Ability to analyze campaign, website, pipeline, and revenue data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

β€’ Excellent prioritization capabilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

β€’ Self-motivated individual who can work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.

β€’ Fluent in English.

β€’ Must be based on the East Coast of the U.S.

β€’ Willing to travel occasionally for meetings, customer interactions, and industry events.
