Growth Marketing Manager, Performance

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and enhance multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, and landing pages, taking ownership of outcomes related to pipeline and lead objectives.

• Oversee the daily management of HubSpot campaigns, which includes landing pages, forms, email nurturing sequences, and workflow logic.

• Ensure HubSpot data integrity by maintaining the accuracy of lead and deal data, managing attribution hygiene, and providing reliable reporting.

• Handle relationships with agencies and contractors for creative and paid media, from the initial briefing to asset delivery.

• Lead the development of email and advertisement copy utilizing AI tools like Claude in collaboration with the content team.

• Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports that include insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing on channel strategies, budget distribution, and testing roadmaps.

• Assess what strategies are effective and which should be discontinued based on data analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing, particularly in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• Over 3 years of practical experience with HubSpot, encompassing workflows, reporting, and campaign construction.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing paid media, email marketing, or conversion rate optimization as a primary duty, rather than a secondary role.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring at least one direct report or contractor.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.

• Proficient in utilizing AI to streamline processes and automate tasks.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Claude.

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, pipeline, and revenue.

• Ability to work with imperfect data and enhance it proactively instead of waiting for others to resolve issues.

• Must have a permanent residence in one of the designated hub states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or DC.
