Growth Marketing Manager – Meta, Google Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee paid advertising initiatives across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Continuously assess, experiment with, and enhance campaigns to boost performance and ROAS.

• Create and carry out A/B testing on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.

• Evaluate campaign metrics and deliver clear, actionable performance insights.

• Effectively manage advertising budgets to optimize expenditure and results.

• Partner with creative and content teams to ensure ad materials align with campaign objectives.

• Keep abreast of platform updates, algorithm modifications, and industry best practices.

• Recognize growth potentials and proactively suggest strategies to enhance performance.

• Complete the entire application form and submit a video as the initial interview step.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (mandatory).

• Practical experience in Google Ads campaign management.

• Proven capability to analyze performance metrics and convert insights into optimization plans.

• Proficient written and verbal English communication with a clear and professional style.

• Capacity to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous remote work experience is essential.

• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar tools.

• Ideally, experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications lacking this experience will not be considered.

• Knowledge of advanced Meta Ads features such as Advantage+, Conversion API, and retargeting funnels.

• Experience with Google Ads formats beyond Search, including Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.

• Understanding of tracking/attribution tools and pixel/conversion setup.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Capability to complete a video interview within the specified timeline.
