This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Lead the comprehensive launch of new states across various channels including paid, SEO, lifecycle, content, brand, and partnerships.
• Develop and consistently refine coordinated go-to-market launch strategies and playbooks.
• Integrate state-specific regulatory and market factors into the acquisition strategy.
• Oversee the SEO strategy, identifying keyword priorities, providing technical SEO recommendations, managing schema, metadata, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and on-page conventions.
• Contribute to the design of page templates and layouts optimized for Google and AI-driven search.
• Manage the conversion strategy for high-impact program pages.
• Analyze conversion funnels, conduct A/B testing, experiment with landing pages, and enhance applicant conversion rates.
• Direct lifecycle marketing efforts across nurture, re-engagement, TOFU, MOFU, and referral paths.
• Create segmented, automated experiences that guide families from initial contact to enrollment.
• Incorporate referral strategies into lifecycle flows and collaborate with the ambassador program.
• Supervise the paid media agency, set growth targets, evaluate performance, and drive improvements.
• Test creative content, target audiences, and channels to boost awareness, qualified applications, enrollment, and efficiency.
• Manage state-level pipeline reporting and transform data into actionable decisions.
• Monitor traffic, page/source conversion rates, lead-to-enrollment statistics, paid performance, word-of-mouth, referrals, and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing on strategic initiatives and priorities.
• Personally develop pages, campaigns, lifecycle flows, and launch programs while overseeing external agencies.
• Adjust campaigns, launch schedules, landing pages, partnerships, and decisions in response to changing conditions.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2C/DTC growth or performance marketing experience focused on acquiring consumers at scale, with B2C experience within the past 5 years.
• Proven experience managing multiple markets, regions, or campaigns concurrently.
• Proficiency in paid search and paid social, with a successful history of generating qualified leads.
• Experience managing agencies or external partners to meet performance objectives.
• Knowledge of SEO strategy and fundamental technical SEO principles.
• Practical experience in CRO, A/B testing, and landing page development.
• Familiarity with building lifecycle and email programs using marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Webflow experience is highly preferred.
• Capable of managing multiple channels, campaigns, and launches efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
