Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand Google Search campaigns from inception.

• Manage paid marketing from the initial campaign setup through performance monitoring and subsequent revisions.

• Reduce CPA by optimizing campaign structure, creating localized landing pages across various regions, developing keyword strategies, and implementing related enhancements.

• Incorporate Google Ads AI tools and other automation solutions into daily operations.

• Facilitate growth by utilizing new Google Ads formats and channels, such as Demand Gen and PMax.

• Utilize AI in everyday tasks.

• Lead the paid acquisition strategy and execution, oversee unit economics, and provide input on product decisions from a paid marketing viewpoint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of practical experience with Google Ads.

• Proven history of managing Google Search campaigns with substantial budgets (over $100k monthly).

• Experience in launching and scaling campaigns and products from 0 to 1.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads inventory.

• Practical experience with Google Ads AI tools.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level, with clear and confident communication skills.

• Preferred: experience with Demand Gen and PMax.

• Preferred: Google Ads certifications.
