Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement and oversee a contemporary digital growth strategy that encompasses paid search, paid social, display, automated outbound, and organic channels to boost enterprise lead generation and pipeline.

• Direct comprehensive campaign execution, which includes ad development, landing page enhancement, conversion testing, and budget oversight, to optimize ROAS.

• Create a detailed test-and-learn framework utilizing A/B, multivariate, and AI-assisted testing to enhance CPOpportunity and scale sustainable programs.

• Assess and integrate new AI tools to simplify media purchasing, creative development, and UX personalization.

• Keep an up-to-date dashboard of KPIs, such as MQLs, SAOs, and Revenue, and deliver weekly actionable insights on performance.

• Collaborate with Design, Content, Ops, and Sales to ensure alignment of message to market and smooth lead transitions.

• Work alongside the Director of Demand Generation to project spending scenarios and model growth potential while ensuring efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition initiatives at a B2B SaaS or digital-first business.

• Demonstrated success in developing and expanding SEM, SEO, and paid social initiatives that significantly enhance pipeline and revenue.

• Extensive platform expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and CMS/AB testing tools.

• Practical experience utilizing AI/ML-driven tools for media management, creative iteration, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets, with the ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics (MQL→SAO→SQO) and attribution modeling.

• A proactive communicator who maintains curiosity, works autonomously, and excels in a dynamic environment.
