This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls discussing performance, strategies, priorities, and upcoming actions.
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled calls.
• Convert campaign data into clear and actionable insights for clients without technical backgrounds.
• Foster strong client relationships that enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Anticipate and resolve account issues proactively to ensure stability and growth.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and other campaign parameters.
• Monitor performance on a daily basis and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and formulate strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative to uncover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging development.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate workflows using Zapier, and manage lead-routing processes.
• Address technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Actively monitor tracking and lead flow to avert any issues that could impact client results.
• Report to the Associate Director of Operations, maintaining accountability for client outcomes, relationships, and retention.
• Over 4 years of direct experience in paid media, particularly in Meta advertising.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and leading discussions with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to steer campaigns towards established performance goals while aiding in client retention.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.
• Preferred: Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Familiarity with video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
• Preferred: Knowledge of direct-response advertising techniques.
