Growth Marketing Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in the editing, quality assurance, and scheduling of email and SMS communications, with occasional app notification tasks, utilizing platforms like Klaviyo.

• Generate UTM URL tags and provide support to the Growth Marketing Team with reporting as required.

• Conduct testing of messages to ensure functionality, accurate URL linking, and a positive user experience.

• Aid in creative briefing and content calendar planning using Asana.

• Evaluate and offer feedback on email, SMS, and app creative content.

• Assist the Growth Marketing Associate Manager with various projects.

• Perform competitive research to discover campaign optimization opportunities and strategic insights that inform the internal marketing strategy.

• Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or educational track.

• Access to a laptop and a mobile phone.

• Familiarity with brand-appropriate language and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• A self-motivated team player who takes initiative.

• Excellent written (creative, editing) and verbal communication abilities.

• Knowledge of and affinity for the CorePower Yoga brand, as well as the yoga and fitness industries.

• Capability to forge relationships with individuals of varied personalities and levels of seniority.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks while meeting multiple deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Asana, and Shopify is advantageous.
