This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +10 more states.
• Take ownership of and implement JREDD's long-term hiring strategy across all three business units.
• Act as JREDD's main internal liaison with JLL Recruiting.
• Oversee the complete recruiting cycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Manage the relationship with contracted external search partners.
• Oversee hiring for credentialed technical professionals, high-volume field technicians, and international placements in EMEA and APAC.
• Keep a real-time perspective on the hiring plan and monitor open requisitions until offer acceptance.
• Design and manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first billable day and a 90-day productivity milestone.
• Organize onboarding logistics, which include systems access, training, safety and compliance certifications, client-readiness checklists, and equipment provision.
• Monitor ramp-to-productivity metrics and address any barriers to billability.
• Create and maintain a hiring dashboard that tracks requisitions, pipeline fill rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, time-to-billable, and first-year retention.
• Provide weekly reports to JREDD leadership on hiring velocity, schedule risks, and necessary remediation actions.
• Convert signed contracts and pipeline successes into projected near-term headcount requirements.
• Supervise the JREDD Delivery Coordinator, managing their workload, priorities, development, feedback, and performance.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Finance, business unit leaders, the Executive Managing Director, and Business Development.
• Ensure that roles are accurately opened, classified, and closed in Workday, and that offers comply with approved band ranges.
• 5–8 years of experience in managing workforce scaling initiatives, recruiting operations, or high-volume hiring programs in a professional services, technical services, engineering, or real estate/AEC setting.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring programs across various role types, including credentialed professionals and field technicians.
• Experience working within an internal corporate HR/Recruiting framework and managing relationships with external search firms.
• Capability to manage structured annual hiring plans as well as compressed, program-award-driven demand cycles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain a sequenced, trackable hiring plan aligned with a multi-year workforce model.
• Data-driven recruitment approach, with experience in building, owning, and presenting metrics dashboards.
• Experience in directly supervising or formally mentoring at least one junior team member.
• Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
