Growth Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns utilizing email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and various other marketing channels.

• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to uncover critical growth drivers that can be scaled across the program.

• Assist in reporting the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, leveraging insights to refine and enhance strategies.

• Uphold best practices for marketing messaging throughout all channels.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure consistency in creative vision and voice across all marketing communication touchpoints.

• Continuously improve our marketing operations processes for more efficient and seamless campaign execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally focusing on lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing operations.

• Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and/or marketing/engagement automation tools (experience with Iterable or Pardot is a plus).

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies.

• Strong project management and communication capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.
