Growth Marketer – Creator, Performance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance creator-driven marketing initiatives aimed at optimizing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and user retention.

• Refine landing pages, onboarding processes, and referral incentives to maximize the transition from viewer to active user.

• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate campaign performance and attribution metrics to pinpoint high-LTV creators, platforms, and content styles.

• Design and iterate on performance-based compensation frameworks, affiliate models, and milestone incentives for creators.

• Create systems, automated processes, and CRM workflows to oversee and track various creator growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop product growth mechanisms, tailor-made referral tools, and creator-specific benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in executing performance marketing or growth initiatives—particularly utilizing creators, affiliates, or influencers to achieve aggressive acquisition goals.

• Strong proficiency in growth analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or CRM tracking tools).

• Solid grasp of consumer behavior, funnel dynamics, landing page optimization, and growth loops.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary creator ecosystems, streaming services (Twitch, YouTube, Kick), gaming/eSports culture, or Web3 communities.

• Capability to manage a structured, highly organized marketing workflow while ensuring no details are overlooked.

• Experience collaborating with performance-based affiliate networks or influencer marketing platforms.

• Background in gaming, gambling, entertainment, or highly viral consumer-oriented digital products.

• Familiarity with paid acquisition strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and their role in enhancing organic creator content.
