This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement growth marketing initiatives that convert the current customer base and top-of-funnel activities into a robust pipeline.
• Manage customer marketing initiatives that promote expansion, cross-selling, and upselling in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
• Create customer updates, community engagement, advocacy touchpoints, lifecycle communications, customer advisory groups, and customer reference initiatives.
• Establish ongoing lead generation email campaigns that are proactive and consistent.
• Take charge of nurture and reactivation sequences, including segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Oversee the entire webinar process, from topic selection and slide development to promotion, hosting, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and subject matter experts to gather webinar content and secure speakers.
• Track and report on webinar registration, attendance figures, and pipeline contributions.
• Research, write, publish, and coordinate the approval process for customer case studies.
• Assist the product marketing team with roadmap presentations, launch materials, and competitive insights.
• Design polished, brand-consistent visual assets including slides, one-pagers, and social media graphics.
• Experience in B2B marketing, particularly with a focus on demand generation.
• Prior experience in GovTech marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience overseeing webinars from inception to conclusion.
• Proficient in writing customer case studies and guiding them through both internal and customer approval processes.
• Familiarity with product marketing concepts, such as positioning, launch materials, and sales enablement, is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong design and visual communication skills are highly desirable.
• A full-stack mindset with the ability to work actively across various channels.
• Previous experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoom Webinar is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.
