Director of Funding Growth – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and achieve fundraising targets for various companies.

• Create and implement digital marketing strategies for companies utilizing the platform for fundraising.

• Ensure that communications align with and reinforce the company's mission statement.

• Monitor and publish weekly reports based on quantitative results.

• Collaborate directly with featured companies to develop marketing strategies that attract investors to their offerings.

• Assist innovative firms in understanding effective marketing practices for fundraising on StartEngine.

• Engage with entrepreneurs seeking capital and guide them in effectively presenting their investment opportunities.

• Oversee issuers' fundraising objectives and support them in reaching their targets through digital marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full lifecycle marketing and advertising, particularly in a strategic role managing budgets of $1 million or more.

• Proven experience with artificial intelligence (AI).

• Proficiency in email marketing.

• Experience in client-facing roles.

• Demonstrated success in establishing metrics and executing against them.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, innovative, team-oriented, and dynamic environment.

• Results-driven with a strong desire to surpass expectations.

• Level-headed problem solver with a professional, service-oriented demeanor.

• Creative, adaptable, reliable, and responsible.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• BA/BS degree required.
