Associate, Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Implement social media initiatives

• Oversee paid digital advertising efforts

• Generate leads and analyze performance outcomes

• Offer thought leadership insights

• Manage STEM From Dance’s proprietary AI-driven public relations intelligence tool, SFD Press Room

• Compose campaign messaging aligned with the organization’s communication framework

• Monitor lead sources, expenses, conversion rates, and attribution metrics

• Deliver marketing performance reports to guide budgetary decisions

• Supervise external social media support and ensure vendors meet established standards

• Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team for content and design evaluation

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing and optimizing paid digital campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or similar platforms

• Proficient understanding of social media marketing, including audience and algorithm differences

• Familiarity with cost per lead, conversion rates, and attribution analysis

• Exceptional English writing capabilities for social media posts, ad headlines, landing pages, and press releases

• Strong proficiency in generative AI tools and comfort with using an internal AI application

• Design knowledge adequate for providing creative input and making minor adjustments

• Ability to enforce vendor standards while delivering clear briefs and constructive feedback

• 2 to 4 years of pertinent experience in marketing, growth, or communications

• Experience in growth marketing targeting educational institutions and community partners

• Availability during Eastern Time business hours

• Experience in nonprofit or education sectors is advantageous but not mandatory

• Experience in marketing to funders, community organizations, and schools is a plus

• Must reside outside of the United States
