Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop Juno's growth strategy alongside the senior leadership team.

• Organize and execute the marketing launch for Juno's second legal service.

• Collaborate closely with the team responsible for building the second service.

• Enhance content and the website for optimal search results and AI responses.

• Strengthen the website as a resource for referral partners and customers.

• Revamp the website for both existing customers and potential referral partners.

• Coordinate efforts with an agency managing paid search, attribution, and conversion initiatives.

• Leverage AI tools to automate operational processes, conduct research, and create marketing materials.

• Prepare briefings for media outlets and agencies.

• Oversee employer-brand assets, including promotional videos, LinkedIn content, and merchandise for events or milestones.

• Work two to three days a week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced growth marketer with a track record in developing consumer or regulated services, actively involved in execution.

• Proficient in independently writing content and establishing tracking mechanisms.

• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies, including search, content, and AI citation practices.

• Exceptional writing skills, capable of addressing sensitive topics and simplifying complex ideas.

• Highly data-savvy and commercially oriented.

• Ability to evaluate priorities independently and present a strategic plan.

• Experience in treating marketing as experiments, effectively discontinuing underperformers while scaling successful channels.

• Skillful in differentiating between a failing channel and one that is simply in its early stages.

• Proficient with AI tools, demonstrating their use to enhance productivity or quality.

• Must reside in the UK and possess the right to work there.
