Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and enhance acquisition and retention campaigns through various channels including paid media, email, SMS, and other growth avenues.

• Construct and assess audiences, messaging, creative ideas, landing pages, and promotional offers to discover new growth potentials.

• Enhance the customer journey by pinpointing opportunities to boost website conversion rates and minimize friction.

• Formulate strategies that promote repeat purchases and enhance customer lifetime value.

• Monitor CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, LTV, and additional key performance indicators to inform marketing strategies.

• Sustain a well-organized testing roadmap that prioritizes experiments based on their potential business impact.

• Transform campaign outcomes into actionable insights and apply learned experiences to future tests and channel strategies.

• Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, and other teams to implement campaigns and share insights that enhance overall business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in DTC or e-commerce sectors.

• Practical experience in launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

• Proficient understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, GA4, and/or Klaviyo.

• Capability to analyze marketing performance and convert data into actionable next steps.

• Excellent writing skills for crafting and assessing customer-facing messaging.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously.

• Professional English communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience in enhancing e-commerce conversion rates and customer retention.

• Background in developing structured A/B or multivariate testing programs.

• Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and LTV analysis.

• Experience working with distributed creative or e-commerce teams.
