Growth Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate new marketing channels and identify what resonates with customers.

• Conduct marketing experiments, analyze outcomes, and draw definitive conclusions.

• Expand successful initiatives and promptly discontinue those that are ineffective.

• Collaborate across various channels: paid advertising, SEO, content creation, email, and social media.

• Engage in hands-on contributions rather than solely coordinating or generating reports.

• Leverage growth marketing strategies to increase awareness of HeroSoftware's Shopify applications among merchants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing or equivalent practical experience in testing and scaling marketing strategies.

• Strong data-driven approach with decision-making founded on metrics.

• Self-motivated individual willing to carry out tasks independently.

• Ideally, familiarity with Shopify or the e-commerce sector.

• Proficient in both German and English.
