This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Take charge of the paywall and offer experimentation process from start to finish across onboarding and in-app environments.
β’ Identify hypotheses, create paywalls, implement experiments, analyze revenue per user, and determine whether to continue, discontinue, or expand tests.
β’ Manage pricing strategies, which include price ladders, plan structures, trial designs, introductory offers, eligibility criteria, discounting, and geographical/PPP pricing bands.
β’ Enhance monetization on Android and Web platforms.
β’ Develop in-product monetization features such as feature gating, entitlements, and contextual upselling.
β’ Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create and launch monetization features.
β’ Oversee recovery and lifecycle monetization efforts, including trial-cancel win-back strategies, abandoned transaction recovery, churn recovery, and referral offers.
β’ Work in partnership with CRM/Lifecycle, Data, Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
β’ Become the comprehensive owner of the monetization roadmap within six months.
β’ Manage multiple revenue initiatives simultaneously.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience in monetization for a consumer subscription application.
β’ Proven track record of having managed a launched paywall, pricing strategy, or offer.
β’ Practical experience with implementing paywalls using Superwall, RevenueCat, Adapty, or similar platforms.
β’ Proficient in self-service BI, product analytics, and subscription reporting.
β’ Capability to assess opportunities and analyze experiments independently.
β’ Experience in creating and justifying a pricing ladder or elasticity perspective using data.
β’ Extensive knowledge of subscription mechanics in App Store Connect and Play Console.
β’ Understanding of subscription groups, introductory offers and eligibility, win-back offers, pricing adjustments, and paywall store review guidelines.
β’ Ability to formulate hypotheses and numerical forecasts prior to launch, adhere to guardrails and cohort maturity, and report setbacks as openly as successes.
β’ Proficiency in English is required.
β’ Knowledge of French is preferred but not mandatory.
