Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.

📋 Description

• Evaluate funnel, pipeline, and product usage data to uncover growth opportunities and make informed recommendations

• Create signal-based outreach strategies, account prioritization models, and expansion triggers for the sales team

• Develop sales automations utilizing HubSpot and n8n

• Plan and implement growth campaigns across various channels including content, community, partnerships, and paid media

• Design, execute, and assess growth experiments focusing on acquisition, activation, and expansion

• Review sign-up and onboarding processes, pinpoint drop-off areas, and work alongside product and engineering teams to enhance conversion rates

• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that track growth metrics ranging from site traffic to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)

• Formulate growth strategies, programs, initiatives, and automations spanning both marketing and sales

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in growth, revenue operations, or technical roles within a tech or SaaS company (early-career to mid-level)

• Professional fluency in English

• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects that encompass marketing, sales, and product aspects

• Familiarity with marketing or selling to developers, or knowledge of developer-tools go-to-market strategies (bonus)

• Experience in running structured experimentation programs or product-led growth (PLG) loops (bonus)

• Understanding of the observability, DevOps, or developer infrastructure ecosystems (bonus)

• Previous experience in a dynamic, high-growth, venture-backed startup environment (bonus)
