This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +7 more states.
• Lead the strategy and implementation for Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth across Delaware, District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
• Act as the local market representative for Starlink, responsible for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and overall performance.
• Implement business development strategies aimed at enhancing Starlink’s consumer footprint throughout the region.
• Identify, assess, and establish customer acquisition channels with internet service providers, affiliates, utilities, retailers, installers, real estate partners, community organizations, and local authorities.
• Facilitate deal execution from the identification of opportunities to the establishment of commercial agreements and partner launches.
• Represent Starlink in external engagements with potential commercial partners and community stakeholders.
• Oversee local marketing and awareness campaigns, encompassing field marketing, community events, trade shows, retail activations, and grassroots initiatives.
• Enhance Starlink’s brand visibility and presence in the region.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to shape product offerings, pricing strategies, and go-to-market tactics.
• Monitor and report on subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, and the ROI of campaigns and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, product, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance to implement scalable growth programs.
• Design and execute pilot programs and growth experiments to discover high-performing acquisition channels.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Knowledge of consumer purchasing behavior in the region, especially in rural communities.
• Background in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription services.
• Proven experience in establishing and expanding local or regional partnerships and distribution channels.
• Experience in executing local marketing, field marketing, or community growth projects.
• Prior experience in launching and scaling products within the region.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish and achieving measurable growth outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Must be prepared to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% or more of the time to customer sites and other SpaceX locations.
• Must meet ITAR eligibility criteria: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, qualifying refugee or asylee, or eligible for necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations.
