Growth Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying opportunities for growth and enhancing performance of digital products.

• Aid in the design, documentation, and oversight of A/B tests and experiments.

• Track performance metrics and assist in analyzing results.

• Collect data and generate insights to facilitate team decision-making.

• Engage in projects aimed at improving conversion rates, user engagement, and overall user experience.

• Help monitor initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the organization of information, presentations, and other supporting materials for the team.

• Take part in discussions regarding new tests, hypotheses, and potential growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Enthusiasm for digital products, data utilization, and business expansion.

• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable with numerical data and capable of interpreting information effectively.

• Knowledge of digital metrics is a plus (but not mandatory).

• Academic or practical experience in data analysis is beneficial (but not essential).

• Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts is helpful (but not required).

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, or similar platforms is advantageous (but not necessary).

• An interest in Product Management, Growth Strategies, and Customer Experience is desirable (but not compulsory).
