Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement tools, automation, and AI agent workflows that drive acquisition, content, and experimentation for Tiugo’s brands.

• Create and uphold tools that monitor Tiugo’s presence in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-enhanced search.

• Integrate visibility signals from answer engines into content and campaign strategy.

• Develop and deploy AI agents and automations for research, drafting, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Establish experimentation infrastructure to swiftly launch, track, and evaluate tests.

• Transform Product and Sales data into actionable insights for sales discussions.

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth Marketing to prioritize system architecture and delivery.

• Share responsibility for funnel operations from instrumentation to agent-driven execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building marketing or growth engineering systems.

• Familiarity with automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tools.

• Ideally, experience within a B2B software or developer tools organization.

• Strong understanding of AI tools and agent workflows.

• Ability to articulate experiences with agents or automations developed, including challenges faced and lessons learned.

• Comfort in managing ambiguous and undefined scopes while assisting in the creation of specifications.

• A systems-thinking mindset towards data flows, manual processes, and precision.

• Emphasis on enhancing funnel speed and cleanliness as opposed to merely increasing code volume.
