This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Create and launch tools, automation, and AI agent workflows that drive acquisition, content creation, and experimentation across Tiugo’s brands.

• Develop and sustain tools that monitor Tiugo’s presence in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-driven search platforms.

• Incorporate visibility signals from answer engines into content and campaign strategies.

• Design and implement AI agents and automation processes for research, drafting, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Establish experimentation infrastructure to swiftly initiate, monitor, and evaluate tests.

• Transform Product and Sales data into actionable insights for sales discussions.

• Determine the sequencing and priority of Growth Marketing engineering systems to develop.

• Select tools, architecture, and standards for the foundational growth engineering stack.

• Share responsibility for funnel operations from measurement through agentic execution.

• Report to the Growth Marketing team and collaborate directly with the Head of Growth Marketing.

• Previous experience in developing marketing or growth engineering systems.

• Proficiency in automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, or AI agent tools.

• Ideally, experience in a B2B software or developer tools environment.

• Authentic fluency in AI tools and agentic workflows.

• Capacity to discuss specific agents or automations created, challenges faced, and enhancements made.

• Comfort in managing ambiguous and undefined scopes while assisting in writing specifications.

• A systems-thinking approach to data flows, manual processes, and accuracy.
