Growth & Distribution Lead

📋 Description

• Identify channels, communities, creators, networks, and product mechanics that foster adoption.

• Construct and evaluate organic growth and distribution experiments.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate growth into the product experience.

• Transform product moments, use cases, and customer outcomes into repeatable distribution assets.

• Design and assess sharing, referral, reuse, community, creator, and partner loops.

• Engage directly with early users to gain insights into activation, engagement, retention, and sharing drivers.

• Leverage AI and automation for research, content, outreach, onboarding, experimentation, and analysis.

• Develop metrics that link acquisition, usage, sharing, retention, and commercial outcomes.

• Collaborate with the core product team and company leadership to define product discovery, adoption, sharing, and scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in driving meaningful growth, adoption, audience, community, or distribution.

• Hands-on capability to create, test, analyze, and independently ship projects.

• Strong understanding of product-led growth, activation, retention, referrals, and viral mechanics.

• Ability to generate momentum without heavily relying on paid acquisition strategies.

• Daily usage of AI and automation tools.

• Capacity to operate on a global scale.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• A strong personal presence or audience across relevant platforms is a significant advantage.

• Experience in AI-native products, developer tools, self-serve SaaS, creator products, marketplaces, community-led growth, referral systems, creator programs, or partner ecosystems is a plus.

• Background in fintech or finance is beneficial.

• Comfortable with rapid movement, creative thinking, and working with incomplete information.
