• Drive innovation in capabilities and manage growth strategies at the portfolio level.
• Convert enterprise goals into actionable directives for solutions.
• Lead teams, comprising direct reports and overseeing multiple workstreams.
• Manage expertise and provide thought leadership across various topics and capabilities.
• Supervise market development, solution creation, design, and implementation planning.
• Oversee team budgets, including expenses and cross-charging.
• Take ownership of team objectives and report on goal metrics.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the enterprise, aligning with long-term objectives and market positioning.
• Influence executive priorities regarding investments and strategic directions.
• Allocate resources to maximize high-impact opportunities.
• Foster strategic partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Deliver presentations to clients or partners with minimal preparation and no guidance.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and accountability.
• Represent the organization's strategic agenda at industry events and forums.
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to execute programs or provide energy and environmental consulting and management to clients.
• Established leadership in the design of energy programs.
• Expertise in working directly with utilities within regulated energy markets.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to present team results and achievements to senior leadership effectively.
• Understanding of the capabilities necessary to fulfill contracted work.
• Ability to add value as a subject-matter expert.
• Demonstrated leadership in crafting narratives to achieve growth project objectives.
• Industry presence and ability to present confidently as a thought leader to both internal and external stakeholders.
• If applicable, must meet all DOT qualification standards and adhere to relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
